Hybrid Solutions Group confirms support for youth work charity EMPOWER as its newest Founder Patron.
The Swinton-based engineering solutions company join a growing network of donors committed to helping EMPOWER provide young people across Manchester and Salford with somewhere safe to go, something positive to do and someone trusted to talk to.
EMPOWER is already supporting more than 15,000 young people across its two Youth Zone sites: HideOut Youth Zone in Gorton, opened in 2020, and Salford Youth Zone, which opened in July 2025, in Pendleton.
This partnership will see Hybrid Solutions Group play a key role in supporting EMPOWER’s mission as they continue to grow, creating opportunities and broadening initiatives that help transform lives and strengthen local communities.
With a strong workforce base in Salford, Hybrid Solutions Group are passionate about working alongside young people to ensure they can access the support and pathways they need to reach their full potential.
As Salford marks 100 years of city status in 2026, EMPOWER are proud to partner with businesses such as Hybrid Solutions Group, to honour the city’s remarkable history while investing in its future, championing the young people who will shape the next century of Salford.

About Empower Youth Zones:
Empower Youth Zones is a dedicated youth work charity overseeing the creation, management and sustainability of Youth Zones in Manchester and Salford.
We provide young people aged 8-19 and up to 25 with additional needs, affordable access to vibrant purpose-built spaces, high-quality activities and trusted youth workers to talk to, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year.
We are supporting young people create their own narrative – helping them see what they could achieve and giving them the skills, confidence and ambition to go for it.
